スマートフォンから出る音声を反響集音し、手軽に桐製ならではのやさしい音を奏でるスピーカーです。桐という素材は古くから琴などの楽器に用いられてきた優れた音響効果を備えています。また、製造を手掛ける企業は150年近く桐箱の製造を行っており、隙間のない筐体を生み出すことのできる精密な加工技術を有しています。これらを掛け合わせることで美しい音の広がりと響きを実現することが出来ました。本体を支えるスタンドは、スピーカーを使用しない際には本体とスタッキングすることでコンパクトにすることが出来るよう設計しました。

Kiribako Speaker - Yuya Arima

This paulownia speaker plays tender sounds, which collects and reverberates the sounds from your smartphone. The material, paulownia, has excellent acoustic properties and has been used for centuries for musical instruments such as Japanese harp. Another point is the techniques of its manufacture that has been making paulownia wood boxes for decades, which can make housing with no gaps. By combining these two elements, beautiful sounds and resonance was implemented. The stand supporting the housing is designed to make it compact when the speaker is not use by stacking them.
