これは、花をモチーフにしたスツールで、紙管をカットしたリングのみで構成しています。50mmの細いリングが重なり合い、儚げ、かつ、やわらかく華やかな印象を与えます。また、その組み構造により強度を保っています。日本の伝統的な配色、“重ねの色目”を参考に、華やかで上品な色を採用しました。

Layered Flower - Saeko Imura, Sayako Matsui

These chairs inspired flower are constituted of just only sliced rings. These 50mm thin rings overlapped make it delicate, soft and brillant. This overlapping construction make it tough. Those colors are refered to Japanese traditional color pattern “Kasane no Irome”.
